Shailesh Gongal

Shailesh is a Senior Airport Planner at Massport in Boston. He has a Masters in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also moderates the monthly discussion program "Chhalphal Discussion Series" on issues related to Nepal in Boston. Shailesh has been involved with Help Nepal Network, U.S. since its inception.

Ubin Malla

Ubin is a senior software developer at Control Group in New York. Previously, he worked as a web developer at IgoUgo, Inc. and Travelocity. He is passionate about UX engineering and enjoys experimenting with emerging technologies. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Graphic Design from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA.

Sameer Maskey

Sameer is a Research Scientist at IBM Research in New York where he specializes in finding new Machine Learning algorithms for Speech to Speech Translation. Previously, he worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University. He is also the founder of and Gyanu Education Foundation in Nepal. He received his PhD in Computer science from Columbia University in 2008 and his Bachelors in Mathematics and Physics from Bates College in 2002.

Mabi Singh

Mabi is Associate Professor and Director of Dry Mouth Clinic at Tufts University's School of Dental Medicine. While practicing dentistry, he is heavily involved in teaching and research activities. He holds a BDS from University of Punjab in Pakistan and a DMD and MS from Tufts University in Boston. He has been involved with Help Nepal Network, U.S. since its inception.

Pankauz Shrestha

Pankauz Shrestha is Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York.  He is a graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D.), Stanford University (B.S.) and Phillips Exeter Academy.  Pankauz and his family are involved in numerous philanthropic ventures both locally and globally, including the Tansen Guthi foundation.  In his spare time, he likes to travel, read and partake in sporting activities with his (highly energetic) twin sons.
