Help Nepal Network Australia (HeNN-Australia) is a registered non-profit charitable association in Victoria since 2003. Cruising to support Nepalese childrens in need, is a fund raising program where we will have a 4 hour cruising party with amazing experience and lots of fun including DJ, music, dancing, auctions, raffles and much more.
HeNN, globally, since 1999 has generated over AUD$ 400,000 and successfully completed over 40 different projects in Nepal to support health and education of most needy children’s in remote areas. Following are some major projects accomplished by HeNN:
CIC center (ongoing): In collaboration with Nepal Balbalika trust, providing support to health, education and living of 50 conflict-affected orphan children’s (CIC).
E Library: “One district, One e-library” concept, provides technical support to remote schools. Computers and other equipment are provided with access to the World Wide Web to the students, teachers and the local community.
Kanti Children’s Hospital– Kathmandu: Supports to mitigate loss of life through awareness and training in dealing with emergency situations
Health Centre: Running two health posts in Mugu and Saralhi districts to support basic health needs of the most deprived communities
Flood Victim Support: Support landslide and flood victims
The fund raised through this program will be used to build a library and e-library for a school in the Sindhuli district in West Nepal as well as to Victoria’s Bushfires appeal. Your support will be gratefully acknowledged and we thank you for your participation and contribution to these project.
