Mr. Madan Gautam (Chief co-ordinator): Born in the remote part of Dhading district. He holds MSc (UK) and PhD (NZ) degreees on Natural Resource conservation and Terrestrial Ecology. Over 8 years of service in Nepal (Community Forestry), 18 months lecturer job in UK (Reading University), and 2 years work as a Research Fellow in Canberra (Australian National University). Currently working with the Department of Conservation, New Zealand.
