Keshav Prasad Bhattarai (President): Keshav is currently pursuing PhD studies in the National University of Ireland, Galway, since November 2001, under the fellowship of Higher Education Authority of Ireland. Earlier, he did his M.Sc. studies in hydrology from the same university in 1997 under the Irish Government Fellowship and returned back to Nepal to continue his job as a Hydropower Engineer in Nepal Electricity Authority. Keshav graduated in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engg. & Tech. (BUET) in 1991 with HMG/N fellowship.
