However, the submission of the proposal itself will not be enough as the potential recipient of HeNN donation should be in direct contact with HeNN-Nepal for further discussion prior to the approval of the project. It should be noted that HeNN will only cosider proposals that will benifit a community rather than an individual and the proposals which lack local participation either in the form of voluntary labour or some sort of financial commitment will also have little possibility of being accepted (please go through the summary of the past HeNN projects in the Achievements page to get an idea of the projects approved by HeNN).
As HELP NEPAL Network is still a relatively small organisation in terms of its budget, it will NOT consider proposals that will require more than £4,000 of HeNN commitment. The proposals with a bigger financial commitment will have to state about other sources of the remaining costs. On successful submission your browser will be redirected to our homepage.
